This website at zetmos.com is operated by Zetmos LTD ("Zetmos", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Ghana and based in Accra. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. What this site is for
This site describes our company and our products. It is provided for general information. It is not an offer to sell, a contract, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or use any product or service.
3. Requesting a demo
Submitting the demo form is a request for us to contact you. It does not create any contract, reserve anything, or oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline any request. Please give us accurate details — and don't submit anyone else's personal data without their permission. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.
4. Accuracy of what's on the site
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we say plainly where something is built and tested versus where it's still ahead of us. Even so, product descriptions may change as the software develops, and nothing here is a warranty, guarantee or contractual specification. Any specific commitment about what PM360 does for your firm will be in a written agreement, not on this page.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use the site unlawfully, or to break anyone else's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the PM360 application, our infrastructure, or any account;
- probe, scan or test the security of our systems without our written permission;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the site's normal operation;
- scrape or harvest content or data at scale, or use automated systems to submit the form;
- copy our content and present it as your own.
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please tell us at hello@zetmos.com rather than publishing it. We'll take it seriously and won't pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue to us in good faith.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, layout, graphics, the Zetmos and PM360 names and marks, and the underlying software — belongs to Zetmos LTD or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may read the site, and share links to it. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, that's for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. Service commitments for the PM360 application, where they apply, live in the licence agreement.
9. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always sits on this page with the date it was last changed; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction.
