Who we are

Zetmos LTD ("Zetmos", "we", "us") is a financial-technology company incorporated in Ghana and based in Accra. We build PM360, software used by fund and wealth managers to run their investment operations.

For the personal data described in this policy, Zetmos LTD is the data controller. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@zetmos.com.

This policy covers this website only. When a licensed firm uses PM360 to serve its own clients, that firm is the data controller for its client records and Zetmos acts as a data processor on its instructions, under the agreement between us. If you are a client of a firm that uses PM360, please contact that firm about your data.

What we collect, and why

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social-media pixels on this site, and we do not build behavioural profiles. We do not sell personal data, and we never will.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the demo form, may set cookies or read local storage for the sole purpose of telling humans from bots — see Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Signing in to the PM360 application (a separate part of this domain) uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you authenticated.

Who processes data on our behalf

We keep the list short on purpose. Our sub-processors are:

Google Cloud / Firebase (Google LLC) — website hosting, the database that stores demo requests, and our application backend. Processing takes place in the United States.
Google reCAPTCHA / Firebase App Check (Google LLC) — bot protection on the demo form.
Twilio SendGrid — sending transactional and notification email.
Zoho — our company email.

Demo requests submitted on this site go directly into our own database on Google Cloud. We do not use a third-party marketing or form-collection service.

Sending data outside Ghana

Because our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud in the United States, personal data you give us is transferred outside Ghana. We rely on our providers' contractual data-protection commitments to keep that data protected to the standard described in this policy. If you would prefer not to have your details transferred, email us instead of using the form and tell us so.

How long we keep it

Demo requests and correspondence — for as long as we are in contact with you about PM360, and up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
Server and security logs — typically up to 12 months.

Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep them by law.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our infrastructure provider. Access to the database holding demo requests is restricted to the people who need it, and the application enforces deny-by-default access rules below the application layer. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and design for it.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you have the right to:

ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data deleted;
object to, or ask us to stop, a particular use of your data;
withdraw consent at any time — this doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Email hello@zetmos.com and we'll action it. We aim to respond within 14 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

Children

This site and PM360 are business tools intended for people acting for a firm. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted here.
